By the way, MaxMind shows my source IP correctly as being in Chicago, IL USA, while the destination is supposedly in Freemont, California. So the problem, if there is one, appears to be in MaxMind's data.
Perhaps, however, it is just that the servers are owned by a foreign entitiy but based in the USA.
