The current ntpd tries to get 10 ntp servers. The current DNS for
things
like 0.pool.ntp.org returns 5 addresses so that's all that ntpd uses.
Is 10 a good number for ntpd to use? If not, what should it be?
Hal, in my view, 5 is plenty, if the intention of the "pool" command is
mainly for a simple and easy client configuration.
