Interesting approach on many levels (adding it with both IP's,

server when traffic's to high). Perhaps it's not how it's intended, but it
ain't abuse in my book.

Perhaps it would be worth considering (Ask?) to exclude these servers from
the global and european pools, to make sure that it handles as many local
traffic as capable of. Though I don't know how much global traffic it get's
right now, and wether that would mean a relevant improvement.
