This is really great.  Thank you!   My best alternative otherwise have been 
some variation of cutting off Turkey from pool service; which I haven't wanted 
to do.

If anyone - in particular in Europe, but anywhere really - would like to help 
out then I can put one or more of your servers in the .tr zone manually.   If a 
handful or two of you come in with a server with reasonably high capacity; then 
the burden on each of you should get relatively manageable.
