South Carolina Libertarians Call for return of a Constitutional Republic

We've certainly gotten away from the Founding Fathers vision. The federal legislature and federal courts regularly violate the 10th Amendment. Any power not specifically granted to the feds automatically reverts to the states.
The federal government has no business telling us how to run our schools. Brown v. Board of Education was one of the worst SCOTUS decisions in history. It opened the door for the feds to tell us how to educate our children.
States should have the right to ban abortion. SCOTUS had no right to decide Roe v. Wade. (http://www.l4l.org/)
The COPA is not necessary. It's your job as a parent to protect your children from pornography. Don't let it up to the feds.
