Translation: Edwards specialized in putting doctors out of business. Doctors see lawsuits like the ones Edwards made millions of dollars from and they decide to stop delivering babies.
Edwards lawsuits caused medical malpractice premiums to skyrocket. Did I mention, he made millions of dollars from these lawsuits?
Far from standing up from the little guy, he took advantage of people whose children suffer from a horrible disease. He is just in it for the money and power. Come November, he's going to be back at his private law practice and lobbying Congress to outlaw caps on medical malpractice awards.
