TiMidity++ acquires samples closer to the pitch from the GUS/patch or
SoundFont and resamples appropriately in order to produce the desired
tone.

The pitch to be output is completely controlled by TiMidity++.  So,
the default behavior will be played in ET regardless of GUS/patch or
SoundFont.  To play with other tuning, please use the -Z option or
MIDI Tuning Standard (MTS) SysEx.
