hmm, the subdirectory is managed by the same makefile, and i386-gen.c is #included in tcc.c. It's probably nicer to keep it the way it was, all in the same directory. It makes it seem, erm, tinyer, and keeps the makefile simple. But then again, earlier, I was talking about splitting tcc.c up into multiple files...
