Also, upper or lower case for all other file extensions passed to TCC, not just 
c/C. Not sure if that conflicts with other uses of such extensions, but I don't 
think so. .O and .RC and .DEF would probably be assumed by most people to be 
same as .o and .rc and .def... If TCC assumed so it would be helpful, anyway.
