That's okay - in the new version (I've not release publicly) I've
removed that feature and tcc with the patch works perfectly on it.
Compiles in lightning speed!

you define functions inside functions
tcc currently don't have a nested functions implemented. This is a
nice feature. But it is not implemented :-(
