Because tinycc is a C compiler, not a C++ one.
And it is not realistic to consider extending tinycc to a C++11
compiler. Use GCC http://gcc.gnu.org/ or Clang http://clang.llvm.org/ if
you need a C++ compiler (and use C++11 at least, not some older standard)
