I'm not sure what you mean by OFFICIAL branch. If you look at the repo
website http://repo.or.cz/w/tinycc.git you will see that the master branch
is still at 0.9.26 from 2013
0.9.27 hasn't been released yet, although that is in the works. I presume
that those doing the release will merge mob and/or private branches into
master when they're ready.
