You are probably trying to run x64 build on x86 version of Win2000

 

Even if you test the x86 build with

 

               c:> build-tcc.bat -t 32 -i c:\tcc1

               c:> set path=c:\tcc1;%path%

               c:> build-tcc.bat -c tcc -t 32 -i c:\tcc

 

. . . you'll find out that it bombs with
