Dear Tiny ERP Developer, Thank you for giving us the opportunity to use your wonderful ERP applications, specially for small and medium size company like us. BTW, we are small shipping/cargo company.
As a new user of Tiny ERP, We need your guidance or suggestions on how to setup or customize this wonderful software to fit to our business processes from scratch. Below are sample business process that we need to implement: 1. Customer comes to us with their goods (Examples: 100 pcs of generators ; 50 pcs. of air-conditioners; etc.) 2. We will received their goods. 3. We will prepare the packing list 4. We will prepare the pro forma invoice 5. We will prepare the commercial invoce 6. We will contact the main shipping company to send us the container to load the goods. 7. The main shipping company will pick-up the container 8. The main shipping company will deliver the container to the customer's home country address. 9. End of transaction. We want to implement an online system using Tiny ERP for the above sample transaction. Hope someone will help us how to setup the Tiny ERP.
