We have just trialed a similar installation and all works well. If you
are not experienced with Tiny, I suggest that you locate a partner for
support as this could be complicated. I have found that to make
something like this work is quite quick, but to make it work well needs
lots of testing, probably some weeks and without the experienced help of
a partner, can take longer.

When you say 'online', do you mean on a web site? if so, the Tiny web
client is a long way off right now. To achieve this, we are creating an
XMLRPC hook to the back of a dynamic web site to allow interaction
between the website and Tiny. This allows us to expose any function of
tiny to the web in a way that we choose. I will update the wiki with the
XMLRPC info once we have this working. (Any contributions to the XMLRPC
docs are welcome as we have found it difficult to track down much)

However, Tiny should be quite capable of giving you what you need here
and once set up right, is a great solution.
