I find the current cases form quite unusable, for basically one missing feature: it's not possible to edit the "Name" field. This is set by e.g. the Historize button to the text "Historize", but that's not useful.
How can I get an overview of the case when I cannot see some kind of subject for the communications that happened. right now (rc2) the date, name, state of mind, user responsible and channel are displayed in list view, but I can edit only date email and channel. Adding the name field to the editable fields in case/communication would make this into an actually useful feature & save me from using sugar, which is overkill for my needs. Fabien, could this be done by you, or would you accept patches that add this small change into the main trunk?
