I think that Tiny made a dash for functionality in recent months since 4.0.3, and then are making great efforts at stability in the past several weeks with their -rc1, rc2 and rc3 releases. They have not made an official stable release of any version 4 yet (to their credit, in my opinion), so I expect they would be grateful if you report any faults you have found on their tracker linked off the forum index page.
