It's really a headache. I wasted a whole day on this. For the CSV changes to take effect, here is what I found: - Change the CSV file - Logon again. (CTRL +O) - Load New language - Your CSV file in i18n
And it will work. Well, not for all cases. It will work only if you change something that has had a "value" before. If you add a new translation in CSV it will not work. I myself used the de-DE which is partially translated. Changes on whatever that is translated before, will appear otherwise pooof!
