The improvements are already very visible :D some remarks on the report examples * the address field conforms to the Austrian requirements http://www.post.at/files/AGB_BriefInternational_PPV_20070901.pdf * the second page MUST show the identifier (Sales Order number and eventually the year, if the numbering starts with 1 every year) to make the document unique. * I just wonder if "Date Ordered" is the customers order date or the companies intake date - IMHO the later is missing.
* The line spacing ( at least for internal reports ) should be reduced. Currently we print 6 lines while the given examples print only 4 lines - it's IMHO a big waste of paper. ** May be the line spacing could become a parameter something like 4/6/8 lpi * sort items by code/name - if sort is not defined explicitly (I think there was a discussion about manually adjusting the sequence of items) * Conditionally; Zero values should be "0.00" - Example Total "Taxes" * should also be called "Total Taxes" or better "Total VAT" (if it is not a conglomerate of various taxes) * the left margin should allow for punching holes without punching in the text area.
