I think it is record rules which raise this type of error : You try to bypass an access rule (Document type: Account). But deleting them is may be not the right choice (Each deleted rules will allow user from both company to see/write the object : could be dangerous...).
but it allows me to access the partner form without error. how can deal with access on objects? BTW It might be easier to split the 2 companies in 2 databases
If you don't have the time to learn about the interaction between 2 companies in the same database AND don't need a real integration between both company, it's probbably the best solution
