Hi Fabien, well, not exactly HR, but project management related so I put it here: at Smile.fr, we use monitor projects and input project tasks using days, not % of completion. Indeed, if you input several time what amount of work you did on a task, chances are the time you lost at the beginning will still be what is lost at time t. So by inputing with days or hours rather proportions, you don't need to recompute what is the new percentage of completion at time t.
Well, the two options are probably doable, but in our opinion, supporting inputs and monitoring by days or hours would be very much appreciated.
