Just want to get some opinions: I'd like to forbid negative stock - mainly to force correct work flow.
there are mainly the following reasons for getting negative stock * errors in picking (wrong quantity and or product) * loss * shrinkage (agricultural products) * thievery allowing to continue to do shipping while creating negative stock people get accustomed that it does not matter. We have set up a stock management in a production company which does NOT allow negative stock.
