Ok, I understood your point. But that's a pity, that people overlooks these questions, as is everything under GPL(2) for free or not. This is too silly to think so, if I have had the question on that, I would ask somewhere else.
And it's a bit silly to think that Tiny will maintain the module of someone's else development, even more - keep over time all the features of the module. It is always being done by the team that have developed it. Still no one have answered the question about, who and how the Planet is being managed/administered? At least I have figured out that TM's are not GPL'd, and if someone else who does false state that it has partnership connections with them, could be theoretically enforced... If it is not so hard, please correct the statement at the bottom of the OpenERP.com pages! This is actually the main reason to buy or not to buy Partnership. The other so called benefits are bundled together, without clear need.
