True, not sure how you got that URL though. But one thing I would like to do is upload a Tgz file with all the correct PO's in it (as exported from the running OpenERP server)
The Url on launchpad however denies me access https://translations.launchpad.net/openobject-addons/trunk/+translations-upload I take it someone from the Official OpenERP team has to do this upload ?
