Hmmm. Well there are many problems why CRM solutions consistently fail to 
provide. 
CRM initiatives launched without a strategy.
CRM is launched with no regard for enterprise or customer interfaces.
CRM is launched without customer input.
CRM is launched without defined metrics and objectives.

Most of the companies fail to plan what they want and how they want it. If they 
do plan they fail to execute there plans in a proper way.  You can read more

an option to start out as a SaaS model and move it behind your firewall at some
