I am sorry, this mailing list to forum must not place names.. Using a SIP reinvite (IAX2 has this also) can allow the OpenERP to take calls and redirect them to the enduser while noting the information server side. The end user can have a softphone or hardphone and all they get is the call and a sales/support ticket started for them by a search for the phone number in the partners database. There are of course many ways of doing this and this is just one.
