You are not perfect after these 4 weeks, but you can start doing a lot of things.

You must know openobject plataform, there you need OOP knowledge, XML obviously python as basic, the developer book[1] is great to start. Learn to create modules is priority and you can chat in #openobject I think that you can measure based on your skills.
