Working with bazaar is really difficult and unusual for new openerp users. Why don't you make it more friendly with simple web interface for downloading contributed modules? For example, like it was made in drupal's community.
Despite thinking "tech stuff" should be done by "tech people", I agree that an automated nightly build and zip of addons-extra modules would be useful and sort of easy to implement. > I think that's a natural phenomenon in such projects: there are too many > people that want to use the software, too many questions (because the sw is > big) and little people to answer them. I'm no parter or anyway related to Tiny, but I've committed myself to help translating at least 50 items a day into pt_BR, using Rosetta. In a few days, I'll upload a better localized chart of accounts for Brazil - something sort of easy and requires no knowledge of python. Anyone want to talk about community? Try doing your part first, then demanding latter. -------------------- m2f -------------------- -- http://www.openobject.com/forum/viewtopic.php?p=34024#34024 -------------------- m2f -------------------- _______________________________________________ Tinyerp-users mailing list http://tiny.be/mailman/listinfo/tinyerp-users
