Hello from Mexico ! I am getting started in the OPENERP world and got a bid proposal from a municipality in US and got the attached requirement specification list from them.
After researching in the documentation found that probably OPENERP has so many gaps that will not allow me to bid. Would somebody take a look at the requirements and see how far was I from the real functionality? (gaps marked in yellow) If the gaps are real can someone advise what approach I can take to help enhance OPENERP? My expertise resides in Utilty (Water and Electric) billing systems.
