If we pretend it is true - then our modules belong to us too, and we can do 
what we want with them...

This is a small, though, important step towards the reality, that I hear from 
you.

Here I do not agree with you - although the partnership agreement were 
effectively removed from this site, there were (or maybe there are) 
requirements from partners, not to disclose to other people shared development 
modules acquired from Tiny, which by the way are being GPL licensed from the 
very beginning.

To my mind, this clearly shows the nature of this Partnership.
