Please read more carefully. They removed the original agreement, though the link stayed :). Anyway I do not insist on that, whoever happened to read that stuff knows by himself, what was agreed by the parties. > Well ... you'd then break the terms of GPLv3. It's your choice to risk it and > to hope that your customers don't demand that you keep to the licence terms. If you think that Tiny may do what they like with the code, then we can do the same, the main difference is that we have not brake GPL, but Tiny and some partners are doing. What is most interesting, nobody else, except those partners, are not defending them... Nowadays there is not only about customers, but rather all parties involved - inclusively the contributors. It just seems that OpenERP are going all the same way most of the other FOSS business software goes. Despite that, without community, OpenERP would not be even close to what it is now. sraps -------------------- m2f -------------------- -- http://www.openobject.com/forum/viewtopic.php?p=35315#35315 -------------------- m2f -------------------- _______________________________________________ Tinyerp-users mailing list http://tiny.be/mailman/listinfo/tinyerp-users
