When working with the "CRM: New incoming/outgoing calls" form, how can we get to "duration" (in seconds) to calculate automatically?
When the users first comes to the form, a variable is created for the current datetime. Then when the user clicks on "save", I want to calculate the difference between that created variable and the new current datetime and save that result, along with the phone call information. In short, how can I override a value within the form and save it once the "save" button is pressed?
