How do you change value in form when user clicks "save" When working within CRM Phone Calls, how can I insert a value for the "duration" automatically once the user clicks the "save" or "save & edit" button?
How can I overwrite the "write" method? In what object and class do I put this "write" method in order to update the "duration" form element value prior to write the phone call form information to the Db?
