Hi Alex, I have OpenERP in production but on a small scale (using it to run my consultancy business). I have noticed a few things about the chart of accounts (payments to suppliers going into expenses where I thought they should be accounted against cost of sales).
I don't have an accountancy background but one of my clients is pretty good at putting up with my questions and anything you're having an issue with is a learning oppurtunity for me.
