As long as there is the forum, we should be fine. Thanks for the clarification. Unfortunately, still no success in getting a mail into OpenERP. I followed your steps Res, so I created a case section in OpenERP as the list was empty. In Thunderbird looking up or creating a new partner works perfect. I highlight a partner in Tbird, select a case and click the button... nothing...
