I just tried the r3680 version on Windows. The email with attachment is turned into a Case properly attached to the correct partner. Attachment record is created but the file is not linked: there is no filename and no indexed content, etc. If I go into the creared Case and manually create an attached file using the same PDF file that was attached to the email, it works just fine. Note, I am only trying out the new Thunderbird xpi - I am not updating the add-on on the server - have you made changes to anything other than the xpi file?
