Hello, my name ist Horst and this is my first post. We started to use OpenERP about 2 months ago and the first parts are in production use now (after a lot of testing), we are an IT service company.
Now we have problems with services that we offer in blocks, internally we use hours, but our customers get offered 1 piece of service and we don't want to show to the customers how many hours we have calculated internally. For the moment i have created a product with UOM "hour" and unit of sale "piece", the coefficent is 0.125 (1 piece = 8 hours) and the measure type is variable. What we would need is to be able to change the coefficent already in the quotation, but this seems not to be possible. The second point is that in the invoice the service is represented in hours, not like in the quotation where we use the UOS in the report. In the forum I did not find a solution for it, could you please help me?
