Hi,

Thank you for good words! We created these modules for our internal use
primarily, keeping in mind the complex structure of services of our company.

1) This is common question. Yes one of it's primary tasks is to combine several
services in one invoice. Actually the invoice is not created by this module
directly. This module creates Analytic entries, then use wizard on these
analytic entries to create an invoice. You can even combine the analytic
entries from several agreements and those created by project management so as
the consequence customer gets billed all the services in one invoice. You can
take all the uninvoiced entries for all the customers and run the wizard to
create multiple invoices at a time.

2) That depends... If you combine this in one methodology, in a rush, I would
say it is possible. But this requires deeper analyzing as this is not trivial
task because Invoicing modules operates not on Invoice level, but on Analytic
accounting level.

3) No you do not have to go into every agreement. Analytic entries are being
created automatically, by schedule. As in 1. question you take all the analytic
entries of all the customers (or several, as you need) and create batch of
invoices.

Invoices we left to be created manual because there have to be error checking
done if all the methodologies for all the agreements have finished without the
problems. This is done automatically by "account_invoicing_check" module, you
just have to see the requests, whether there are any warnings or errors
reported.

You can look through our forum too, there are some tips found, you may make use
of.
