Hello all, I'm trying to create a server action to be run when create a new CRM case. so, I created a new Sever Action and under the Object field, I choosed 'Case section' and under the condition field I insert True to be sure that the action is always executed. The action type is only a client action to open a form for testing puprose. The problem is when I create a new Helpdesk record, nothing happens, so I think my Object is false, but doesnt really know what o insert there ...
So any help is really welcomed.
