Thanks hda, that's just what I've found minutes ago. So, the only way for me to 
warn a user that a new HelpDesk case has been attributed to him is the CRM rule 
case but there, for the while, all my tries to send an email to a specific user 
failed (using base_contact and base_contact_crm) ... if any idea ..
