Which in essence means that you do not sell the rights (as in EULA), but the 
copy of software.

Remember, that MS does not sell the software copy (you can buy CD kit 
separately, at ~20$ price), but the rights what you can do, and what is not 
allowed. 

OK there is need to separate meanings of selling the EULA like in proprietary 
software, and selling software package licensed under GPL, where code could be 
downloaded freely anyway.

I think this one describes the difference :).

So practically even if you charge some money for releasing the copy, customer 
has the right to distribute it freely. So the price has to be accordingly to 
cover all the expenses from the very first deal. :)

Buying an EULA rights you pay for limited rights to use and price is reduced as 
you are not allowed to redistribute the software freely. So the dealer will 
sell unlimited number of copies.
