That's also the reason for us! The client works very nice, and the ideas behind it (xml files to define views) are very good. IMO there could be a lot done extra in the client like a seperate xml file for the search view, extra options in the xml-files to define heights and widths of buttons, textfields etc. Define different places of the buttons for your many2one or one2many fields.
