Hello Why is the next action or any field in the in the Date section greyed out, when do you used it, how is it used.
Create a new meeting from CRM module, go to extra tab, (extended view on) what the dates section for if you cannot edit it. I have checked the user and developer manual, and asked our developer colleagues from India. Still not clear or have the info yet.
