Thanks for fast reply, I try more ways, ETL module gives me an error in 
installation (I see there is a directory to install in phyton module but 
doesn't work), OpenERP import (good but sometimes data raise import errors), 
with Terminatooor I have a "post-reply" dialog with the "Jedi Master" rvalyi

but my test is stopping on Ruby script with one2many relation, I can't solve it 
in a fast way, for my small experience in this new language, and... this script 
add only new Partner; I was searching some more powerful script that update 
existant records well as adding, I think that if I don't learn Python / Ruby 
basis there's no way to manage ETL...
