Hi,

I am evaluating OpenERP for my company (We buy and sell products) and I have 
test almost all functionality but I am missing 3 things as our needs (few as We 
are an small company and starting business but with the desire to do it well):

 1) Our Sales team(3 people) have to see only his information. Ex: SalesMan1 
can see only his own information: Myleads,MyPartners,own sales,own invoices and 
not ALL Leads, not ALL partners, not all Oportunities and ALL invoices... the 
same for SalesMan2...

2)I need the SalesMan cannot see the Cost of my purchases, but it is shown in 
some screens as when He does a Sale

3) Which module can handle the Comissions for SalesMen??

If someone can help me with this I would really appreciate, I can speak spanish 
in case for some folks it is easier for explaining me.
