For OpenERP, it's nothing new too: we have 60 people working on the official trunk addons only. They will continue. What's new here is to see if we can better organize the collaboration between people, and give more visibility on bugs, good branches, etc. Our developers will interact directly with the community starting on the 11th of october. For me, it's an interesting test to see if we are more productive working like this or not. If OpenERP growth faster with more collaboration, we will reproduce the sprint. About our resource, they will focus on the points 1, 2, 3 and 5 of the pad.
