Yes that file contains all the parameters for the radio. For example the PA_POW register is used to set the radio power. If you scroll down, ull find that for each freq band (413, 3something and 914.5 Mhz, the default settings for this register are given. Its 0xff by default on 914.5 Mhz MICA2s. You will find other information for ur use in this file.
