hello alex,

i would recommend looking at the powertossim paper and code, it will
give you an idea of what needs to be done to start simulating the
power consumption of a radio.

  Hello.
I would like to ask if anyone has experimented porting a network
stack inside TOSSIM different than the one for the Mica/Mica2 radio.

I am asking because I am thinking to port to TOSSIM an ALOHA MAC
layer written in TinyOS for a SensorCube
(http://www.dcs.bbk.ac.uk/~gr/pdf/ewsn_demo_final.pdf) node that uses a
Nordic nRF2401 radio chip. I want to do this to assess the performance
and power consumption of the MAC layer in a configuration with many nodes.
Do you think it is easily doable?

    Thanks.
Bye.
