Use the Spram library used by Ditto to share a segment of RAM across motes and the PC.  See the Ditto source for how it's used, and /opt/moteiv/tos/lib/Spram/ for the library itself.  Sample your data into the RAM allocated by the Spram component.

Hi Cory,
I want to put another "external signal" instead of microphone and want the device to do the exactly the same operation as Ditto.
Sample the pin, store on the memory, send to the other tmote and save on the computer.
Any help with that?

Thanks
Gurkan

Gurkan,

Ditto records audio from a microphone and plays it back through the speaker.  A regular Tmote Sky has neither a speaker nor a microphone, so Ditto would be pretty useless and boring.  Or, have you attached your own audio components and are really asking how to port the drivers or something?

Does anyone know how to run Ditto example (written for tmote Invent) on a tmote Sky unit? or any similar program that runs on tmote Sky module.

Ditto file location:
(/opt/moteiv/apps/invent/Ditto/)

Thanks..
Gurkan
