One change in the upgrade >.10 is that cygwin insists
on using /dev/ttySn-1 instead of COMn.
So if you were using COM3 you should instead use /dev/ttyS2

be? Maybe the Makefile?
Is it possible that with the new versions of tinyos I have to change the
Makefile code?
